Specialist planning service ELT according to § 55 HOAI, LPH 1-9

PROJECT: Planning of a 3-fold sports hall with outdoor sports facilities in the northern part of the city of Nuremberg

Project scope: On behalf of the City of Nuremberg, WBG KOMMUNAL GmbH is supervising a new construction of a 3-fold sports hall, with grandstand and associated operating, storage and technical rooms in the northern urban area of Nuremberg.

The measures also include the construction of a natural grass pitch approx. 90x60m and an artificial turf pitch approx. 90x60m, as well as the construction of a jumping pit with inrun lanes. The measures were to be carried out in 3 construction phases.

The client has costs for the aforementioned measure in the amount of approx. 12.4 million euros "net" KG 200-700 and approx. 9.3 million EUR net KG 3

00-400. Assuming a distribution between KG 300 and 400 from 70% to 30%

In determining the HOAIFachplaner's fee ELT, approx. 960,000 EUR net chargeable costs.

Scope:

The tendered services of the technical planning ELT for buildings according to §55 HOAI are commissioned in stages. At a minimum, level 1 services are awarded. The commissioning of further service phases takes place in the event of their

Assignment in whole or in part, in the following stages:

Stage 1: HOAI performance phase 1 - 2

Stage 2: HOAI performance phase 3 - 4

Stage 3: HOAI performance phase 5 - 7

Stage 4: HOAI performance phase 8 - 9
