The tendered services include the replacement of the existing bridge over the Hönne. The B 229 crosses the Hönne in Balve-Sanssouci.
The tendered services are civil engineering, steel/concrete construction, waterproofing work and steel construction.
The bridge structure 4613 511 was built in 1870 as an arch bridge with three arches made of natural stone masonry. The bridge crosses the Hönne and is located in the course of the B 229 from Balve to Arnsberg, section 66, station kilometer 2.960, in Balve-Sanssouci. Due to the dilapidated condition of the bridge, a replacement building is necessary. Since it is not possible to build a new replacement at the same location for technical reasons and without changing the route, the B 229 will be relocated in the course of the OU Balve. As a result, the new bridge over the Hönne will be built in the course of the planned B 229n. The B 229n is connected from the north in Balve-Sanssouci from the junction B 229 / B 515 by means of a roundabout and leads east of the railway line to Balve-Helle, where the B 229n crosses the Hönne and also reconnects to the existing line east of the railway line through a roundabout. This means that it is no longer necessary to cross the railway line in this area. The section of the "old" B 229 between Balve-Sanssouci and Balve-Helle will be downgraded to a municipal road and can be used for pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The existing structure will be closed to motorized traffic from the north, and residents will reach their properties from the south.
The new bridge structure, structure no. 4613 557 TBW 1, 2 and 3, crosses and crosses the Hönne at station kilometer 0+177.072.
A single-span structure is planned, which will transfer the B 229 n in a transition from a straight line to a clothoid with A = 170 m aligned. The crossing angle is 56.9 gon.
The clear width between the abutments is 13.20 m vertically. The vertical span is 14.60 m and the oblique span is 18.733 m. In the building area, the underpass Hönne is guided in a straight line.
For the superstructure, which is planned as a massive slab cross-section in prestressed concrete construction, a width between the railings of 11.65 m is planned, resulting in a bridge area of 218.3 m2. The two lanes of the superstructure are planned to be 3.50 m wide each, with a total width of 8.00 m between the scratch boards including the edge strip.
The smallest clear height between the lower edge of the superstructure and the sole of the foot is approx. 4.10 m. The freeboard between the lower edge of the superstructure and the 100-year flood HW100 = 220.91 m is 1.02 m and is thus above the required minimum value of 1.0 m.
The lateral end of the superstructure is formed by a 4.00 m high wire mesh as overflight protection for bats. This is produced in accordance with RiZ-LS 3.4 and the anchoring according to RiZ LS 1.
