1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance of post-investment greenery of parks, green areas and road lanes in the Municipality of the City of Szczecin.

3. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 7 to the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the multiplicity of works, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. The minimum value of the Parties' performance is 80% of the maximum nominal value of the Ordering Party's liability.

6. The Contractor shall ensure, in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the subject of the contract, at least 10% share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas within the meaning of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.
