The selection will take place through an open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 of the Code, with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, in order to identify a ranking of economic operators with whom to stipulate specific contracts

LOT 1: The family community is characterized by the continuous and stable coexistence of at least two adults, preferably a couple with children or a man and a woman, adequately prepared, who offer children a serene, reassuring and personalized parental relationship and a substitute family environment. The family community can carry out functions of prompt reception. It is requested to make facilities available for this purpose; The pro die rate based on the auction is € 78.74 excluding VAT. The estimated requirement for the framework agreement of this lot is € 1,335,100.13 for 2 years, plus potential € 667,550.06 for one year renewal.

Lot 2: The residential educational community, while guaranteeing family-type hospitality, is characterized by a strong educational intervention of a professional nature. This community has the primary purpose of ensuring the protection of children who are about to be born or minors, investing, to this end, above all in the support and development of parenting skills.
