The purpose of this consultation is to redesign the core of the pivot solutions for the members of the group and to provide the corresponding support services. It is allotted according to the functional families concerned:
- lot 1: Financial management information system (SIGF),
- lot 2: Human resources information system (HRIS).
The details of the functional and technical expectations are presented in the book of specific technical clauses and in the response grids attached to it. The services are detailed in the specific technical specifications.
The members of the group have been equipped since the early 2000s with the solutions of the company Civitas, acquired by CEGID Public in 2008, which became Eksaé in October 2019, respectively Yourcegid public sector finance CIVI and Yourcegid Public sector HRIS CIVI. The marketing by the publisher of the new version of this software, and the importance of the migration project, prompted the group to carry out a review in order to put these functional areas back into competition. The workshops revealed a major expectation in terms of redeployment and an improvement in functional coverage in order to take better advantage of the latest regulatory developments and enhanced pooling. The 2 recast projects will be carried out simultaneously by the group with the aim of:
- start of execution of the 2021 budgets in the new FMIS, after the preparation carried out in the new tool (early October 2020).
