The subject of the contract is the supply and assembly of photovoltaic installations in the commune of Brest Kujawski in the amount of 34 pcs.

Solar installations will be installed for the needs of private households. Monocrystalline photovoltaic modules with a capacity of min. 305 Wp / module. The modules will be attached to a specially prepared base structure, attached to a light structure set directly on the roof / ground, using a mounting system dedicated to the type of installation.

Payment deadline: transfer using the split payment mechanism (MPP) within 30 days of submitting the invoice (after all deliveries have been made based on the acceptance report of the installed installations).

Warranty period: minimum 60 months and warranty period extended by 1 month over the warranty period. At the same time, the Employer indicates the 84-month maximum warranty period (Gmax).

The task is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority Axis 3 Energy efficiency and low-carbon economy in the region, Actions 3.1 Supporting the production and distribution of energy from renewable sources, Scheme: Micro-installations, Scheme 1: Residential and public buildings (excluding care infrastructure health), the Regional Operational Program of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

In accordance with art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires employment under the employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of all persons performing activities in the field of the contract, including direct, physical performance of all assembly works.
