The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property is responsible for inspections and maintenance of playgrounds for the schools in Oslo. The framework agreement includes periodic function inspections (visual inspections) of the play apparatuses. A framework agreement will be entered into with one provider. See the tender documentation's annexes for descriptions and requirements for the function inspections.

The contracting authority has currently approx. 140 schools with playgrounds/play apparatuses. 4 annual inspections for each playgrounds shall be provided. This amounts to approx. 500 inspections per annum.
