10-year framework agreement with one supplier for:

(i) the supply of seawater pumps, with a view of regasifying the LNG stored in the Zeebrugge LNG Terminal at minus 160 oC, by heating it with seawater, and

(ii) the provision of maintenance services and the supply of spare parts after commissioning of the seawater pumps.
