The Parking Agency of the Brussels-Capital Region, created by the Ordinance of 22 January 2009 is a public limited company (Article 25 of the Ordinance of 22 January 2009 on the organisation of the parking policy and creation of the Parking Agency of the Brussels-Capital Region).

As such, it wishes, through this contract, to join the service of a social secretariat with its own HR software for the management of the staff of the Parking Agency of the Brussels-Capital Region.

This contract is a service contract to enable the Parking Agency of the Brussels-Capital Region to have a social secretariat with its own HR software.

More specifically, it will be about:

- on the one hand to provide quality expertise in the services specific to the social secretariat (payroll);

- on the other hand, to provide a powerful, intuitive and flexible HR software to ensure the effective management of human resources;

- And finally, to support the Agency in future developments and projects related to this market.
