The aim of the tender is the procurement and logistical operation of a roadshow mobile for the project "Mobile Futurium - a model project at the interface of practice and research".

As part of the "Mobile Futurium" project, pupils and teachers experience directly at their school how solutions for local and global future issues can be developed with the help of science, research, technology and the application of future methods. In addition, the spectrum of the Mobile Futurium is intended to support teachers in anchoring future education in schools. The core of the project is the implementation of on-site workshops for lower secondary school students (grades 5-10), as well as the digital training of teachers and school administrators.

The service to be provided is divided into two lots:

- Lot 1: Conception and implementation (Futurium Mobil)

- Lot 2: logistical operations and management (Futurium Mobil)

The Futurium Mobil consists of an electric car, a trailer and a modular interior. On the one hand, it is used for conveying content and, on the other hand, it is a storage area and means of transport for all the equipment for the workshops.

The Futurium Mobil is a mobile architecture that contributes to the question "How do we want to live?" in its form, materiality and design. Just as there are countless ways to answer this question, the Futurium Mobile can take countless forms. The design of the Futurium Mobil is intended to fascinate the target group at first glance, encourage them to participate and open up new perspectives and perspectives. With this in mind, special attention is paid to an eye-catching, interactive and innovative design with a high recognition value, which is talked about and positively reported in line with the objective of the Mobile Futurium.

The object of the procurement is also to ensure the functionality of the Futurium Mobil, i.e. in particular to carry out necessary repair and maintenance work during the term of the contract.

For the logistical operation and management of the Futurium Mobil, an experienced contractor is being sought. The logistical operation and management includes the following services, among others:

- Organization and implementation of the entire transport logistics, as well as driver and body management

- Provision of a trained driver

- Driver's travel planning

- Ensuring the operational readiness and operational reliability of the Futurium Mobil
