The municipality of Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf is planning to expand the Fred Vogel Primary School. The school is located at Tieckstr. 38 - 39 in Freders-dorf Süd. Currently, the Fred-Vogel Primary School and the Secondary School with a sports hall are located on the site, each of which is housed in different buildings. The playgrounds are also spatially separated. The move out of the secondary school is planned for the summer holidays 2023, the school will then move into the newly built new building at Landstr. 40 in Fredersdorf Nord.

The municipality of Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf plans to expand the school site in Fredersdorf Süd into a primary school location after the secondary school has moved out. For the measure, in addition to

- structural changes to the school building (adaptation of the floor plans of the classrooms),

- official permits (building application for a change of use due to the conversion of the secondary school into a primary school and the merging of the school grounds into a campus) and

- the revision of the fire protection concept and the fire protection regulation with all parts is necessary.

- In addition, the outdoor facilities must be adapted and

- the technical equipment of plant group 5 is to be extended/renewed.

This invitation to tender concerns only the latter point, the planning of the technical equipment in plant group 5 and, if necessary, the planning of the technical equipment in plant group 5. Complementary services in plant group 4. It is important that the various services only have punctual intersections. In particular, the performance of the technical equipment must be coordinated with the planning of the conversion measures in such a way that they do not interfere with each other.

The subject of the tender are planning services for property planning outdoor facilities:

Part of the described measure is the supplementary design of the outdoor facilities.

In the schoolyard of the primary school, a green classroom, a reading corner and additional natural shading in the form of additional trees and green pergolas is planned. In the schoolyard there are two fenced troughs for draining the buildings.

The buildings and the school grounds of the secondary school will in future be used by the students of grades 5 and 6, for this purpose age-appropriate offers are to be created in the schoolyard, which could be e.g. a basketball hoop, table football or a climbing frame.

For the connection or merging of the previously separate locations, some conversion measures are planned on the site. The two locations are currently separated by the existing tartan track next to the sports hall. Here, a transition via the railway is to be created in order to create a direct connection.

Another important point is the access of the fire brigade. With the preparation of the feasibility study, it became apparent that the access roads and the movement areas of the fire brigade had to be checked or adapted. The driveways/movement areas shown in the site plan have already been coordinated with the district and the fire brigade. In the planning, a review and extension of the paving areas according to preliminary planning must be taken into account

The conversion measures will take place during ongoing school operations. This part is to be funded with funding from the ILB's DigitalPakt Schule. The funding decision has been received.
