ASSIGNMENT OF PROFESSIONAL ASSIGNMENT FOR TECHNICAL-ADMINISTRATIVE TESTING AND TECHNICAL-ACCOUNTING AUDIT, TECHNICAL-FUNCTIONAL TESTING AND STATIC TESTING, DURING CONSTRUCTION, RELATING TO THE PNRR INTERVENTION: "RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ADDUCTORS OF THE ALGUA AQUEDUCT": LOT 1: RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SECOND ALGUA PIPELINE and LOT 5: CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW TANK IN VENTOLOSA PROJECT: M2C4 – I4.1 - A2-7 CUP: J99B19000030005
The object of the contract consists in the performance of all the services related to the assignment for technical-administrative testing and technical-accounting audit, technical-functional testing and static testing, during construction, relating to the PNRR intervention: "Reconstruction of the adductors of the Algua aqueduct" consisting of the following works:
Lot 1: Renovation of the second pipeline of Algua CPV 45232151-5 Amount of works € 16,064,876.20 and Lot 5: Construction of new tank in Ventolosa CPV 45247270-3 Amount of work € 10,292,239.89.
The services must be carried out for both Lots of intervention, and may also take place at different times depending on the timing of realization of each Lot. A specific test certificate must be issued for each intervention lot. In particular, the services to be commissioned consist of:
Technical-administrative testing during construction and technical-accounting audit
The services to be performed are those provided for by Title X of Presidential Decree 207/10 and, in particular:
- Testing visits during construction with the drafting of special minutes to be sent to the person in charge of the procedure;
- Technical-accounting audit;
- Examination of any reservations;
- Test certificate for each batch.
Technical-functional testing during construction
The services to be performed for each Lot consist in carrying out tests and investigations to verify that the works carried out as part of the interventions work correctly and in particular that they meet the legal regulations and the requirements / operating parameters contained in the executive project and in the special tender specifications. The following are included in the assignment:
- Acceptance visits on site for the verification of the works carried out to be tested with the execution of special tests and functional checks and drafting of special reports;
- Test certificate for each batch.
Static testing of structural works during construction
The services to be performed for each Lot consist of:
- On-site inspections necessary for the verification of the works carried out to be tested;
- Acceptance visit;
- Test report for each batch.
It should be noted that the services covered by the contract also include:
• the drafting of a summary document of all the activities carried out of testing, verification and control for the entire intervention co-financed by the European Union and consisting of the two functional lots;
• participation in the Testing Commission together with a representative of the Ministry of Infrastructure. The test commission will therefore be composed of two or three members among whom Uniacque will designate which member of the commission will act as president.
