The 112: Verschattungsanlagen

The construction project involves the conversion of an existing former school building, which will be extended in the north by a large head building and in the south by a smaller extension.

All parts of the building will have 4 storeys and no basement.

The existing building is about 52 x 10.5m in size, the northern extension has a floor area of about 425 m2, the southern extension of about 150 m2.

Trade 112 includes the delivery and installation of external sun protection systems in the form of external venetian blinds in front of windows and doors.

There are about 118 sun protection systems in the old building and about 43 sun protection systems in the new buildings. The north side of the northern annex does not receive any sun protection systems. The tender also includes 5 insect screen roller blinds as well as the control and cabling of the sun protection and insect protection systems.
