The tendering is intended to conclude Framework agreements with two contractors, which Hillerød Speldevand A/S and Halsnæs Speldevand A/S can use in connection with various projects for the refurbishment and new establishment of wastewater pipelines. Both Hillerød Sewage A/S and Halsnæs Sewage A/S will thus conclude 2 Framework Agreements each with the 2 contractors making the 2 most economically advantageous offers, identified on the basis of the award criterion 'best price to quality'.

The framework agreements will be associated with a Partnership Agreement contractually, because of the specific circumstances surrounding the desire for partnership cooperation, the framework agreements are complex, and cooperation must focus on innovation.
