The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for graphical design, idea and concept development.

The contracting authority will treat all information from participants in confidence. However attention is drawn to the fact that insight can be demanded into the procurement documents in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act. All participants will receive feedback on which participants are selected for negotiations and later, which tender is chosen, with a detailed reason for the choice and information on the waiting period.
