The subject of the contract is the service of collection by the Contractor of combustible waste (alternative fuel) with the code 19 12 10, i.e. the energy fraction positively sorted from municipal and other industrial waste, in the amount of 4,000 Mg in order to manage them, i.e. subject them to recovery processes and waste with the code 19 12 12 coming from mechanical waste treatment installations, hereinafter referred to as ballast waste in the following part of the Terms of Specification, in the amount of 2 000 Mg for their use, in accordance with the decisions held by the Contractor.
Receipt and use of waste code 19 12 10The subject of the contract is the service of collection by the Contractor of combustible waste (alternative fuel) with the code 19 12 10, i.e. the energy fraction positively sorted from municipal and other industrial waste, in the amount of 4,000 Mg in order to manage them, i.e. subject them to recovery processes, in accordance with the decisions held by the Contractor. a) Type of waste Combustible waste is waste positively sorted by an optopneumatic device from residues after sorting mixed municipal waste and selectively collected fractions, i.e. plastics and paper, devoid of: sub-sieve fraction up to 80 mm constituting an input for the biological waste treatment process, secondary raw materials (metals, PET, glass, multilayer packaging, cardboard) constituting a commercial fraction, crushed to a size of approx. 35-40 mm. b) Method of order fulfilment: Combustible waste will be prepared by the Ordering Party in a loose form and stored in a roofed alternative fuel warehouse; Collection of combustible waste will take place from the premises of the Waste Management Plant in Zakurzewo near Grudziądz; Waste collection will take place with vehicles at the disposal of the Contractor, at its expense, also in the scope of transport costs, insurance for the time of transport and unloading, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended) and the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2201); Loading of waste on vehicles substituted by the Contractor will be carried out by the Ordering Party using a VOLVO 110G or VOLVO 110H wheel loader, in a designated place at the Waste Management Plant in Zakurzewo near Grudziądz; The Contractor will collect waste on an ongoing basis, continuously, on all working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays from 7:00 to 14:00; During the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the rules of traffic organization in force at the Waste Management Plant and to apply the recommendations of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of waste loading; The maximum daily amount of waste to be collected by the Contractor is 70 Mg; The Ordering Party reserves that the amount of waste referred to above is an estimated amount and therefore may be reduced, with the proviso that the Ordering Party guarantees the transfer of at least 3,000 Mg of combustible waste for collection and management. For failure by the Ordering Party to realize the estimated quantity in full, subject to the guaranteed quantity, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims; The waste collected by the Contractor will be weighed on a truck scale located at the Waste Management Plant in Zakurewo. To determine the weight of the waste collected, the Contractor's vehicle must also be weighed before entering the area indicated above. Upon transfer of waste by the Contracting entity to the Contractor, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the seized waste, for its proper handling and the consequences resulting therefrom; The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any damage, as well as for loss, loss and damage to waste, in particular for changing their parameters due to moisture access during transport and during unloading of waste, unless they arose solely for reasons attributable to the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall be liable in particular for the acts and omissions of its staff and carriers.
