Renovation of Erlangen Castle, architectural services in accordance with §§ 34 ff HOAI, object planning of buildings. Basic services of service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 HOAI, and special services must be provided. The usable area is approximately 4,400 m2.

Schloss Erlangen is a listed building in the city centre of Erlangen, and is currently used as an administrative building by the Friedrich-Alexander-University. It is planned that the university will leave the building before the start of the work, i.e. the work will not take place during ongoing operations.

The planning services include the complete object planning of buildings in accordance with §§ 34 ff HOAI with the basic services of service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 HOAI. In addition, special services must be provided, in particular with regard to construction site logistics, fire protection, digital room book, digital locking plan and monitoring of the rectification of defects.

The planning task is classified in fee zone 4.
