The ESM requires a single provider to provide catering services to the ESM. It is anticipated that the contract awarded to the successful candidate will commence in mid-September 2024.

This RFP requirement is for a single fully managed catering service provider, to deliver the following:

Ongoing services:

— canteen services,

— kitchenette services,

— maintenance and repairs of equipment,

— waste management and pest control.

On-demand services:

— hospitality services,

— ad-hoc purchases.
