The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of computer equipment as part of the Digital Municipality project.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the contract templates and Chapter II of the Specification of the Terms of the Contract.

The order includes 2 parts:

1) Part 1 – Purchase and delivery of computer equipment intended for the City of Działdowo and subordinate units

2) Part 2 – Purchase and delivery of UTM class devices intended for the Działdowo City Hall and subordinate units

Purchase and delivery of computer equipment intended for the Działdowo City Hall and subordinate units - Task 1:

a) workstations with system software and office suite (All In One) – 37 pcs. (for the city hall);

b) computer sets with system software and office suite – 48 pcs. (for subordinate units);

c) monitors – 15 pcs. (for educational establishments;

d) laptop with system software and office suite – 1 pc. (for an educational institution).

The devices must be compatible with the IT infrastructure of the Działdowo City Hall and subordinate units, as described in the detailed description of the subject of the contract in Chapter II of the SWZ.

Purchase and delivery of UTM class devices intended for the Działdowo City Hall and subordinate units - Task 2:

a) UTM class devices (multifunctional firewall) for the Działdowo City Hall – 1 pc.

b) UTM (multifunctional firewall) class devices for subordinate units – 9 pcs.

The devices must be compatible with the IT infrastructure of the Działdowo City Hall and subordinate units, as described in the detailed description of the subject of the contract in Chapter II of the SWZ.
