The scope includes the provision of transport services for students from the Kwidzyn Commune to the following educational institutions:

• Primary School in Janów,

• Primary School in Nowy Dwór,

• Primary School in Korzeniew,

• Kindergartens in Korzeniew,

• Maria Kotlarz Primary School in Tychnów,

• Non-public kindergarten "Słoneczko" in Marez,

• General August Emil Fieldorf Primary School pseudonym "Nil" in Rakowiec,

• Non-public kindergarten "Gama" in Rakowiec,

• Primary School in Licze,

• Special Educational Centre in Barcice,

• Special Educational Centre in Uśnice,

• Special School Preparing for Work in Kwidzyn,

• Primary School No. 6 in Kwidzyn,

• Non-public kindergarten "Kolorowe" in Kwidzyn,

• Rehabilitation, Education and Education Centre in Okrągła Łąka,

• Rehabilitation, Education and Education Centre in Kwidzyn,

• Rehabilitation, Education and Education Centre in Prabuty.

The subject of the order shall include the following tasks:

Task No. 1 – The subject of the contract is: "Transport of students from the Kwidzyn Commune to educational institutions in Janów, Korzeniewo and Nowy Dwór from September 4, 2023 to June 21, 2024".

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex A to the SWZ.

Task No. 2 – The subject of the contract is: "Transport of students from the Kwidzyn Commune to educational institutions in Tychnów, Mareza, Rakowiec and Licze from September 4, 2023 to June 21, 2024".

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex B to the SWZ.

Task No. 3 – The subject of the contract is: "Transport of disabled students from the Kwidzyn Commune to educational institutions from September 4, 2023 to June 21, 2024".

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex C to the SWZ.

Task No. 4 – The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services in accordance with the needs of the Municipality of Kwidzyn from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex D to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the routes, the number of students and travel days for task No. 3, about which it will inform the Contractor at least 2 working days before the planned changes. For tasks No. 1 and 2, changes may be made in accordance with § 14 section 2 point 1 letter A and section 4 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 10 April 2012 on timetables (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 202).

The provision of guardians of children in individual vehicles is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.
