Procedure

Tendering by means of the European public procedure in accordance with chapter 2 of the ARW 2016.

Client

The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda.

Order

- The assignment concerns:

- Felling of trees;

- Emergency felling of trees;

- Harvesting/ milling of stubs;

- Grondwerkzaamheden

- Verhardingswerkzaamheden;

- Planting plants and trees in various sizes;

- Restoration of lawns and roadsides;

- Additional work:

- Taking traffic measures in accordance with CROW publication 96b;

- Registration flora and fauna.

Target

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with 1 contractor with a term of 2 years with an effective date of 1 January 2024.

The client unilaterally has the right to extend this 2 times by 1 year.

If the maximum contract value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement can be terminated (earlier).
