The subject of the contract is: construction of a two-level intersection at km 9.420 in place of the liquidated railway crossing along the railway line No. 2 Warszawa Zachodnia – Terespol along with the construction of a road system in the Rembertów district m.st Warsaw as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of a road viaduct along Chełmżyńska Street in Warsaw along with the construction of a road system in the Rembertów District and simultaneous liquidation of the railway crossing at the level of rails".

1. The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works, which will consist of works consisting in the construction of the district road Nowochełmżyńska Street together with the construction of a road viaduct. The scope of these works consists of the following works:

1) construction of the district road Nowochełmżyńska Street, including the construction of a road viaduct,

2) liquidation of the rail-road crossing at km 9,420 of railway line No. 2 Warszawa Zachodnia – Terespol,

3) liquidation of railway traffic control equipment at the level crossing category "A" at km 9.587 along with the removal of cable collisions at the Warszawa Rembertów station and changes (updates) of the application of SRK devices at the setting station,

4) correction of the geometry of the Granzowa Roundabout in connection with the liquidation of the existing rail-road crossing,

5) reconstruction of the gas network,

6) reconstruction of storm water drainage and street drainage,

7) decommissioning of water supply networks and connections,

8) liquidation of sanitary sewerage connections,

9) felling and landscaping with greenery,

10) demolition of cubature objects interfering with the investment task,

11) reconstruction of power grids,

12) reconstruction and construction of street lighting network,

13) reconstruction of telecommunications networks,

14) permanent traffic organization.

2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is determined in particular by the above. Documents:

9) Decision of the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw No. 227/REM/IN/2019 of 03.04.2019. on derogation from the conditions set out in Article 53 of the Act of 28 March 2003 – on rail transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2117, as amended) and § 4 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 7 August 2008 on the requirements for distance and conditions allowing the location of trees and shrubs, elements of acoustic protection of earthworks in the vicinity of the railway line, as well as the method of arranging and maintaining snow curtains and fire belts.
