The purpose of the contracting authority is to enter into a framework contract with one of the successful bidders to book travel services together with travel agency services (professional and training travel services including booking and selling of air, ship, train and bus tickets; hotel booking and sales; travel and health insurance brokerage, rental car or bus booking, conference brokerage, tour guide service, travel document delivery service and, if applicable, entry visa clearance service, if necessary, other services as specified in the technical specifications).
