The framework agreements to be concluded are intended for the contracting and execution of maintenance, repair or correction contracts of low value in the infrastructure of the Municipality of Porto, which are essential to ensure, in due time, the operation and safety of those contracts.

With the conclusion of each framework agreement (option contract), the respective contracting contractor shall grant the public contractor, free of charge, the right to conclude several public works contracts (optional contracts), each of which will have as its object the execution of works of civil construction, in all types of classic housing infrastructures, located in the eastern part of the city of Porto.

It will be at the exclusive availability of the public contractor, to exercise the right of option referred to herein and, thereby, determine the conclusion of the optional works contracts, and the framework agreement alone will not generate for the public contractor the obligation to pay any price for the sake of such attribution, nor the recognition of any economic benefit, direct or indirect, in whatever capacity.

With the conclusion of each framework agreement (option contract), the respective contracting contractor shall grant the public contractor, free of charge, the right to conclude several public works contracts (optional contracts), each of which will have as its object the execution of works of gas installations, in all municipal infrastructures located in the municipality of Porto.

It will be at the exclusive availability of the public contractor, to exercise the right of option referred to herein and, thereby, determine the conclusion of the optional works contracts, and the framework agreement alone will not generate for the public contractor the obligation to pay any price for the sake of such attribution, nor the recognition of any economic benefit, direct or indirect, in whatever capacity.

With the conclusion of each framework agreement (option contract), the respective contracting contractor shall grant the public contractor, free of charge, the right to conclude several public works contracts (optional contracts), each of which will have as its object the execution of works in solar thermal installations, in all types of municipal infrastructures and infrastructures of the public school park of the municipality of Porto.

It will be at the exclusive availability of the public contractor, to exercise the right of option referred to herein and, thereby, determine the conclusion of the optional works contracts, and the framework agreement alone will not generate for the public contractor the obligation to pay any price for the sake of such attribution, nor the recognition of any economic benefit, direct or indirect, in whatever capacity.

With the conclusion of each framework agreement (option contract), the respective contracting contractor shall grant the public contractor, free of charge, the right to conclude several public works contracts (optional contracts), each of which will have as its object the execution of installation works electrical, telephone installations and data network installations, in all municipal infrastructures located in the municipality of Porto.

It will be at the exclusive availability of the public contractor, to exercise the right of option referred to herein and, thereby, determine the conclusion of the optional works contracts, and the framework agreement alone will not generate for the public contractor the obligation to pay any price for the sake of such attribution, nor the recognition of any economic benefit, direct or indirect, in whatever capacity.

With the conclusion of each framework agreement (option contract), the respective contracting contractor shall grant the public contractor, free of charge, the right to conclude several public works contracts (optional contracts), each of which will have as its object the execution of works of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations, in all municipal infrastructures located in the municipality of Porto.

It will be at the exclusive availability of the public contractor, to exercise the right of option referred to herein and, thereby, determine the conclusion of the optional works contracts, and the framework agreement alone will not generate for the public contractor the obligation to pay any price for the sake of such attribution, nor the recognition of any economic benefit, direct or indirect, in whatever capacity.
