The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties and from the areas of properties where summer houses are located, as well as other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes from the area of the Gniezno Municipality in sector A and sector B and other public utility buildings in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

In addition, the provision of mixed-use municipal waste containers, biowaste containers and bags for selectively harvested waste (metals and plastics, paper, glass), as well as care for sound sanitary, cleanup and technical condition of containers and sockets and equipment and operation of the Point The Selective Communal Waste Collections (PSZOK) belongs to the Contractor.

The subject of the order includes the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties and from real estate areas where cottages are located, as well as other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the Gniezno Municipality in sector A. The area and course of the boundaries of sector A is defined by Resolution No XXXVIII/284/2021 of Gniezno Municipal Waste Council of 24 June 2021 and the provision of mixed-use municipal waste containers, biowaste containers and selectively collected waste bags (metals and plastics, paper, glass). The amount of municipal waste received from property owners is not dependent on the Ordering Party.

The Contractor will be required to provide containers and bags.The technical potential of the Contractor must be adjusted to receive waste from these containers. The pickup schedule will be delivered to all residents by the contractor.

The collected waste must be transported and managed in an installation designated in accordance with the applicable regulations. Details are recorded in SWZ.

Collection, transport and management of municipal waste mixed and segregated from other facilities (uninhabited real estate) such as: schools, kindergartens, nursery, Commune Office building, village common rooms, fire stations, "wild beaches" in the summer, bus stops and playgrounds and provision of waste containers.
