Between Neugraben S-Bahn station and the Süderelbebogen, a new building is being built for the police station 47 and the job center.

The building with a gross floor area of around 8,594.00 m² will have 7 floors, which will be staggered down to 5 or 4 floors; the building will have a basement with 1 basement, part of the basement will be used as an underground car park. The façade design for the building presents itself with a solid facing wall in red brick typical of the area. The roof areas will be extensively greened.
