The contractor includes cleaning stairwells, entrances, laundries and other general areas of the requester's properties. Further cleaning works related to this may be included in the contracting operation. The cleaning mission may change during the contract period due to sales or new production of properties.Extra cleaning may be supplemented after, for example, maintenance, repair or relocation. The supplier shall have organization to cope with extra cleaning.Salabots own and manage about 2730 apartments.
