The purpose of this consultation is to maintain community plots and natural areas located on the territory of the Beaune Côte et Sud Agglomeration Community. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders placed in the form of an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, L2124-1 and L2124-2 and Articles R2124-1, R2124-2-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

The Framework Agreement shall be concluded without a minimum and with a maximum fixed per batch over the period of execution of the Framework Agreement. The maximum amount for all lots combined over the duration of the framework agreement is 5,250,000 euro (excluding tax).

The contract is concluded from 8 July 2023 or from its date of notification whichever is later until 28.02.2027.

Maintenance of natural spaces.

Maximum amount of lot 1: 1 100 000 euro HT over the duration of the framework agreement.

Maintenance of the Parc des Étangs d'Or.

Maximum amount of lot 10: 500,000 euro excluding VAT over the duration of the framework agreement.

Maintenance of large areas.

Maximum amount of lot 2: 500,000 euro excluding VAT over the duration of the framework agreement.

maintenance of building surroundings and waste disposal facilities.

Maximum amount of lot 3: 400,000 euro excluding VAT over the duration of the framework agreement.

maintenance of sports fields.

Maximum amount of lot 4: 700 000 euro HT over the duration of the framework agreement.

small development works and plantations.

Maximum amount of lot 5: 450 000 euro HT over the duration of the framework agreement.

supply, installation and maintenance of urban and landscaping equipment.

Maximum amount of lot 6: 700 000 euro HT over the duration of the framework agreement.

pruning, felling.

Maximum amount of lot 7: 250 000 euro ht over the duration of the framework agreement.

Weeding.

Maximum amount of lot 8: 300 000 euro HT over the duration of the framework agreement.

Maintenance by eco-grazing.

Maximum amount of lot 9: 350 000 euro HT over the duration of the framework agreement.
