Provision of services in the field of forest management in the area of the Goleniów Forest District in the years 2024-2025

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting and forest nursery management at the Nursery Farm in Krępsk, chemical plant protection in the area of the Goleniów Forest District, as well as services in the field of collecting cones from trees lying for the needs of the Nursery Farm in Krępsko to be performed in the area of the Goleniów Forest District in the years 2024 and 2025.

(01.L.01.02.03) Provision of forest management services in the Zielonczyn, Dzisna and Borowik forest ranges in the years 2024-2025.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 of the Forest Act) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the area of the Goleniów Forest District in the Zielonczyn Forest Range, Dzisna and Boletus in 2024-2025. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended. amended). The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The quantities of works included in the Terms of Reference included in the Subject of the Agreement are estimates. The amount of work commissioned to be performed during the performance of the Subject of the Contract may be lower than the amount presented in the Terms of Reference, which, however, cannot be the basis for any claims of the Contractor against the Contracting Authority, regardless of their legal basis. During the performance of the Agreement, the Contracting Authority may commission a scope of work smaller than that indicated in the Terms of Reference, but not less than 70% of the Value of the Subject of the Contract. The Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with the detailed size of works by activity groups and locations for 2025 before the commencement of works in the following year, i.e. after approving the provisional financial and economic plan by the end of the year preceding the next year of work implementation.

Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject matter of the contract and a description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forestry works are included in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.

(02.L.04.05) Provision of forest management services in the Krokorzyce and Widzieńsko Forest Ranges in 2024.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 of the Forest Act) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the area of the Goleniów Forest District in the Krokorzyce and Widzieńsko Forest Ranges in 2024. Package V (05.L.08.09.S) Provision of services in the field of harvesting and harvesting of wood in the forest. Wierzchosław and Krępsko and the services of the forest nursery farm in Gosp. Nursery in Krępsk in 2024-2025.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 of the Forest Act) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the Goleniów Forest District in the Goleniów and Olszanka Forest Ranges. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended. amended).
