The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The quantities of works included in the Terms of Reference included in the Subject of the Agreement are estimates. The amount of work commissioned to be performed during the performance of the Subject of the Contract may be lower than the amount presented in the Terms of Reference, which, however, cannot be the basis for any claims of the Contractor against the Contracting Authority, regardless of their legal basis. During the performance of the Agreement, the Contracting Authority may commission a scope of work smaller than that indicated in the Terms of Reference, but not less than 70% of the Value of the Subject of the Contract. The Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with the detailed size of works by activity groups and locations for 2025 before the commencement of works in the following year, i.e. after approving the provisional financial and economic plan by the end of the year preceding the next year of work implementation.
