Provision and management of youth services for socio-educational intervention, which make up the management of the so-called Punto Joven and participation in the programmes provided for in the Local Youth Plan 2017-2020 (approved by the Municipal Plenary, in the session of 25.5.2017) and expanded in 2021 by the Youth Secretariat of the Generalitat de Catalunya, services that carry out a socio-educational and preventive task from the perspective of specialized social education, community and leisure.

Likewise, the service of health agents is incorporated into the object of the contract, to promote health and welfare interventions and prevent problems in the general population.
