In this context, SATT AxLR is looking for companies capable of carrying out the following activities separated into 3 lots: Lot n°1: The company will carry out medicinal chemistry to synthesize at least 50 drug-type compounds (excluding intermediates) around the Carnosol scaffold (formula 1). The company's ability to supply more compounds would be a plus. The objective is to generate new IP thanks to patentable molecules with optimized activity compared to Carnosol. Lot n°2: The company will carry out ADME-Tox in-vitro studies on the 2 to 4 best compounds selected in batch n°1. The company's ability to propose and argue additional tests will be a plus. Lot n°3: The company will synthesize 5 to 10 gr of the 2 compounds selected in lot n°1 with quality control criteria to be determined.
