Bærum municipality hereby invites tenderers to prequalification for a tender contest with negotiations, in connection with a a turnkey contract (TC) for the project Bryn Primary School, project number 1000948.

The actual contest with negotiations is described in more detail in Part 1 - 1.1 Contest Rules for the tender phase stage II.

The procurement involves:

Contract for project development (Phase 1)

Option for the execution contract (Phase 2)

The contract for project development (Phase 1) will be implemented with interaction as the execution model, with development of solutions and price. The contract standard is NS8407.

The execution contract (Phase 2) shall be based on the documentation that the parties prepare in Phase 1. The decision on the extent to which the interaction will be continued, as well as the remuneration model, will be made during Phase 1. Two main alternatives are allowed, both based on the standard NS8407:

Turnkey contract with a fixed price.

In the concept phase of the project, it is assumed that a new joint facility for students from Bryn and Hammerbakken School will be established on the site where Bryn School is currently located. A new 3-parallel primary school will be established. In addition, the municipality has chosen to include the municipality's site west of Bryn school road (the current SFO site and car park) as leeway to ensure sufficient space for the establishment of a new multi-purpose hall the size of a handball hall and outdoor recreational areas that are universally designed. It is assumed that all solution concepts will facilitate a school that is also accessible to the local community in the evenings and on weekends.
