The contracting authority Buha bv has the intention to enter into an agreement with one contractor for 'maintenance of sports grounds'. The aim is to enter into the agreement as of 1-1-2019. The agreement is entered into for a period of 1 year, whereby the agreement can be extended 3 times by 1 year, up to a maximum agreement duration of 4 years. The extension of the agreement depends on sufficient assessment per control round.

Buha bv wants to bring about the realization of the new contract by means of a (reserved) European tender. To this end, Buha bv has launched a European public procurement procedure. The tendering of this agreement takes place in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012 and the ARW 2016.
