The subject of the contract is: provision of medical security services for the functioning of the 12. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Base in Mirosławiec, in accordance with the Detailed Scope of Activities of the 12. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Base introduced by the order of the Commander of the 1. Tactical Air Wings No. Z-59 of 29 May 2018 and according to the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference).

The medical protection of the 12th BBSP includes:

(a) to provide the necessary forces and resources for the medical security of flights;

(b) conducting an analysis of the state of psychophysical fitness of personnel and conditions affecting flight safety;

c) at the request of a crew member or flight organiser, performing pre-flight and control examinations for the flight personnel performing the tasks (in accordance with the acquired qualifications - paragraph 4, § 44, chapter 7, RL-2016) and recording it in the documentation;

(d) checking the equipment of on-board medicine cabinets and the possession of personal dressings;

(e) immediately check-in to the Flight Operational Pilot (POL), the flight operator or the aircraft commander to withhold individual flying staff members from flights;

(f) the provision of medical assistance to flying personnel and other personnel performing operations at the airport;

(g) providing medical assistance to RON soldiers and personnel carrying out daily service duties on the 12th BBSP;

(h) participating in search and rescue activities of crews and other persons;

(i) control the sanitary and hygiene status of the places where staff performing aerial activities at the airport and supervision of quality and compliance with the rules of nutrition;

(j) forwarding, on an ongoing basis and after the end of duty, the Flight Operational Pilot (POL), the Airport Logistics Service (DLL) or the senior physician of the Supplying Unit (21st BLT), comments on the medical security of flights;

(k) familiarize yourself with the Flight Operational Pilot (POL) and the Airport Logistics Service (DLL) with the requests and observations concerning the medical security of the airport;

l) securing daily program training carried out in the 12th BBSP on the premises of the JW. and outside the place of dislocation within a radius of up to 70 km (e.g. shooting range, grenade throw) the deployment of a second medical team;

m) Securing allied troops in the territory of the JW. With communicative English;

n) performing activities related to the prevention of SARS-CoV2 virus infection in accordance with the rules set out in the procedures developed for the 12th BBSP;

o) securing mass events;

(p) in consultation with the personnel body, the deployment of professional soldiers

and employees of the RON unit on medical committees (RWKL and RWKLL);

q) examination of candidates for professional soldiers and the conscription of soldiers of basic training (elewi) and exercises of reserve soldiers.

Medical support will be provided by a team consisting of a doctor, a paramedic and a paramedic driver, equipped with a medical vehicle (knowledge of the topography of the area and access roads to hospitals in Wałcz, Drawsko Pomorskie).

Economic operators may jointly apply for the award of a contract.

In the case of submission of a bid by Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (consortium), the Contractors appoint an attorney to represent them in the proceedings or to represent them in the proceedings and conclude the contract (consortium leader). The representative of the consortium is the Contractor, who logs in to their Contractor profile and adds other Contractors by entering their data when submitting an offer in the "Contractors" tab.

The attorney referred to above remains in contact with the Contracting Authority in the course of the proceedings and the Contracting Authority directs information, correspondence, etc. to him. Any statements made by the attorney-in-fact shall be considered binding by the Contracting Authority for all Contractors submitting a joint bid.

The Contractors attach a power of attorney to the joint offer.
