The city of Muy relaunch public markets on its public lighting network and its illuminations, the previous consultation was declared without result.

Lot 1 is entered into at mixed prices. Predictable maintenance services will be settled by an overall lump sum price proposed by the contract holder, which price represents the minimum amount of the framework agreement. Unforeseen occasional breakdown services will be settled on the basis of unit prices applied to the quantities actually ordered and executed, by order forms and up to a maximum amount of EUR 35,000 (excluding VAT). This amount will be identical for any renewal periods. The initial duration of the Framework Agreement ranges from its date of notification to 31.12.2019 inclusive.

Lot 2 will be settled according to unit prices applied to the quantities actually ordered and executed, by purchase order and for a maximum amount of 85 000 EUR (HT). This amount will be identical for any renewal periods. The initial duration of the Framework Agreement ranges from its date of notification to 31.12.2019 inclusive.

Lot 3 will be settled according to unit prices applied to the quantities actually ordered and executed, by purchase order and for a maximum amount of 120 000 EUR (HT).
