The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and seed, selection, nursery, tourism and cleaning to be carried out in the Rytel Forest District in 2023.
Package I - forest development, logging and breaking of wood - Funk's forestry and KrojantyThe implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

Package II - forest development, logging and breaking of wood - Kopernica and Jakubowo forestryThe implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

Package IX – service of the Emergency and Dispatch Point (PAD) of the Rytel Forest District;The implementation of the work included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will be carried out in the area of forestry — specific to the Package (“Package Implementation Area”).
