The following services are requested:

— Main delivery 1 — Mobile telephony,

— Main delivery 2 — Landline telephony,

— Option 1 — Mobile telephony operational services,

— Option 2 — The procurement of hand held units.

The negotiations will be executed as follows:

The tenderers shall submit a complete tender that comply with all parts of the requirement specifications/the invitation to tender.

The contracting authority will assess and rank all tenders and give feedback to the tenderers in case of vagueness and improvements prior to the first negotiation meeting.

The tenderers shall meet at the Contracting Authority's Head Office in Tønsberg and present the tenders and negotiate future solutions to inconclusive aspects in the contract/tenders.

The tenderers shall revise the tenders based on feedbacks.

The contracting authority shall rank the revised tenders and provide the Tenderers with a final feedback regarding uncertainties and improvements. This will be communicated through e-mails/Mercell.

The tenderers shall re-assess the tenders one final time and submit a complete, revised tender within the given deadline.

The contracting authority shall rank the tenders and award contract.
