In case of sending by email and in case of possible discrepancy between the model .pdf and the model .doc, it is the first document
(model .pdf) which is authentic.
This contract covers the leasing of an endoscopic ultrasound column and 2 ultrasound-endoscopes for the Hepato-Gastroenterology and Digestive Oncology Department of the CHU de Liège including the supply of consumables, training and full omnium maintenance for a period of 3 years renewable twice for a period of one year.
The leasing must be signed with the company that supplies the equipment and consumables. The only interlocutor for the CHU will be the company that submits offer for this contract.
