The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of logging and logging, forest farming, protection forest, nature protection, forest fire protection, as well as nursery works, seed production, tree cover, maintenance of tourist facilities and educational path as well as preparation of wood for the forestry office to be completed in the Jama Forest District in 2020. The subject of the order was divided into 4 parts ("packages ").

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of logging and logging, forest farming, protection forest, nature protection, forest fire protection, as well as nursery works, seed production, tree stands, maintenance of tourist facilities and educational path, and preparation of wood for the forestry office to be carried out in the Forest District in 2020.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work in the field of logging and logging, forest farming, forest protection, nature protection, forest fire protection as well as nursery works, seed production, tree cover, maintenance of tourist facilities and educational path and preparation of wood for forestry offices resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1 - size of works per activity,

- Annex 3.2 - difficulty zones and skidding distances,

- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.

3) The material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1 to 3.3 are estimates.

4) The quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Decision No. 126 of the General Director of State Forests of 12.8.2019 on the provision of uniform document templates and the application of quality standards relating to all the essential features of the subject of the contract regarding the ordering of forest services in the field of forest management in the organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.
