Delivery of commercial vehicles. Brabant Water wants to renew its vehicle fleet in the coming years and make it more sustainable. The FAZ - FS Fleet Management department needs to contract 2 plots in the short term.

Contracting up to three (3) contractors (framework agreement) for Lot A for deliveries of commercial vehicles and contracting one (1) contractor for Lot B, a one-off contract, for the delivery of 2 commercial vehicles in accordance with specification (see Schedule of Requirements).

Commercial vehicles in accordance with specification (see Schedule of Requirements) that drive under a "grey license plate" weighing up to 3500 kg.

The contract for Lot A is divided into two parts:

a. A 1st delivery (by the Tenderer who ends in deliberate lot as 1st in ranking in this tender procedure) at the start of the Framework Agreement in accordance with Procurement Documents;

b. Follow-up deliveries by one of the contractors (Framework Contractors) awarded by means of mini-competitions for the supply of commercial vehicles for Brabant Water, for a period of (maximum) 8 years. The size of these deliveries is requested through a mini-competition.

The 1st initial delivery for lot A concerns 20 commercial vehicles in accordance with specification (see Schedule of Requirements).

Framework agreements for the supply of commercial vehicles will be entered into between Brabant Water and the Contractor(s) for lot A for an initial term of 4 (four) years. A maximum of three (3) contractors will be contracted for this plot.

The 1st initial supply (for Lot A) shall be awarded to the tenderer who shall rank 1st on this lot.

The Framework Agreements take effect at the moment that the Framework Agreements have been signed by Brabant Water and the Contractor(s). The Framework Agreements can be extended a maximum of 2 (twice) times for 24 (twenty-four) months each. The maximum duration of the Framework Agreement(s) including renewal option is 96 months.

No later than 3 months before the end of a current contract term, the parties enter into consultations to evaluate the implementation of the Framework Agreement and to discuss whether, and with what period, the Framework Agreement will be extended.
