This consultation, carried out according to the adapted procedure pursuant to Article R.2123-1-3° of the Public Procurement Code (public procurement of social services and other specific services) concerns the supply and delivery of solidarity baskets and Christmas baskets on the territory of the City of Blanc-Mesnil. The contract is allocated in three lots, which relate respectively to "The supply of food and hygiene products to be packaged in solidarity baskets, as well as the supply of (holiday) food products to be packed in Christmas baskets" (lot 1), the supply of flocked bags (lot 2) and the transport and delivery of the bags containing the products from the food supplier's site to the distribution site (lot 3). The market prices are flat-rate, with the exception of Lot 1, which provides for the application of flat-rate prices and unit prices
the supply of food and hygiene products to be packed in solidarity baskets, as well as the supply of (holiday) food products to be packed in Christmas baskets- The service is concluded on the one hand in the form of an ordinary public contract at a fixed price relating to the production and supply of 7800 solidarity baskets and 1300 Christmas (holidays) baskets - on the other hand, in the form of a single-awarded framework agreement, with purchase orders, relating to the supply of additional food and hygiene products to be packaged in solidarity baskets up to 5% of the total number of solidarity baskets. The maximum annual amount of these additional orders is set at 5000 euros (excl. VAT).
