The subject of the contract is the modernization of the WLAN System, including:
1) delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of ownership of a total of 57 accesspoint items (hereinafter: AP) together with equipment,
2) delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of ownership of a total of 2 WLAN controllers with equipment,
3) delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of 1 set of management server including WIPS with equipment,
4) delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of ownership of 1 set of firewall device with equipment,
5) delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of 1 set of software and necessary licenses,
6) ensuring by the Contractor the provision of Manufacturer's Service services at all required manufacturers and their activation in the Ordering Party's devices and software,
7) provision of the Contractor's website.

1) Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) together with attachments (note: the project documentation, hereinafter referred to as the "Project", is a confidential document).
2) Annex 2 to the SWZ – Model Agreement with attachments.
