Task No. 1: Design, delivery and installation of on-grid photovoltaic installations1.1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for 124 on-grid photovoltaic installations on private buildings or on land belonging to the residents of the Zawiercie commune, delivery of installation elements and on-site installation of the installation together with the accompanying infrastructure and connection to the internal power installation based on the design documentation along with the commissioning of the installation and instruction. An on-grid photovoltaic installation must consist of at least the following elements: photovoltaic panels, supporting structure, DC/AC inverter with the function of measuring electricity produced, DC and AC installations, metering and settlement system at the place of supply/collection of electricity, agreed fire protection in installations above 6.5kWp, Surge arrester required for the situation and type
The following types of on-grid photovoltaic micro-installations are envisaged, depending on their power, in quantities:

1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as a description of the manner of performing part of the contract can be found in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), constituting an attachment to the SWZ.
1.3. In accordance with the provisions of the Draft Contractual Provisions, the Contracting Authority has provided for a lump sum settlement within the meaning of Art. 632 of the Civil Code (for the design and execution of installations of a given type).
1.4. At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that in accordance with the provisions of the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, it will require the Contractor selected in the proceedings for the duration of the contract to establish insurance protection (in accordance with the principles set out in the Draft Agreement Provisions) and to provide security for the proper performance of the contract, in accordance with the content of the SWZ.
1.5. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee - it is described in detail in the SWZ
1.6. Installations built and associated facilities shall be of durable and reliable construction. All materials and devices used in the execution of the order must be brand new, come from current production and have the necessary certificates and attestations, while it is required that basic devices such as m.in inverters were not manufactured earlier than 12 months until the date of their installation at the user.
1.7. The technology used and its individual components should be proven in operational practice. The Ordering Party does not allow the use of materials, devices classified as trial, prototype or withdrawn production. The Contractor's tasks include performing obligatory tests and checks in the light of applicable law and protection of property within the construction site.

Design, delivery and installation of air heat pump systems for domestic hot water or central heating1.1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for 1001 installations with an air heat pump for the needs of hot water or central heating in private buildings or on land belonging to the residents of the municipality of Zawiercie and the delivery of installation elements and on-site assembly of air heat pump installations based on the prepared design documentation along with commissioning and instruction. The heat pump system will include at least: air-to-water air heat pump, installation of a lower heat source – an outdoor unit on a dedicated support mounted on the foundation, a regulator controlling the operation of the installation, safety valves, expansion vessel, fittings and piping, storage hot water heater, buffer tank of the heating system, heat exchanger, meter of heat energy generated in the heat pump, pollution separator. The following types of air heat pump installations are envisaged, depending on their minimum power (sets), in quantities:
CO + DHW heat pumps with a capacity of min.:
8 kW - in the amount of 359 pcs.
13 kW - in the amount of 533 pcs.
16 kW - in the amount of 62 pcs.
20 kW in the amount of 23 pcs.
DHW heat pump 200l in the amount of 24 pcs.

1.1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for 249 energy storage installations with a capacity of at least 2.5 kWh for existing photovoltaic installations made in stage I, in private buildings belonging to the residents of the municipality of Zawiercie, as well as the delivery of installation elements and on-site installation of energy storage installations based on the design documentation along with commissioning and instruction.

2. Where in the SWZ, including in the PFU or other procurement documents, a trademark (brand), patent or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor has been indicated or standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the Act have been indicated, Pursuant to Article 99(5) of the Act, the contracting authority allows for the submission of an equivalent bid or, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the Act, to offer "equivalent" solutions to those indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract, provided that they ensure that technical parameters are not worse than those assumed in the SWZ, including PFU.
Pursuant to Article 101(5) of the PPL, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority (in the scope of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL) must prove in the tender, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the PPL, that the proposed solutions meet to an equivalent extent the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
The contracting authority does not require the submission of the evidence in question together with the offer.
In the case of using equivalent materials or products, the Contractor is obliged to indicate them in the offer and to submit together with the offer technical sheets or other documents confirming that the offered equivalent solutions meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
