(1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests to be carried out in the Gryfino Forest District in the year 2022.
(2) Procedure: unlimited invitation to tender under Article 129 (1) (1) as referred to Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law and Implementing Acts (contract with a value exceeding Union thresholds).
(3) The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.
(4) The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts (Packages):
1. Pine Forestry
2. Shredding of extrasystole residues
(5) Place of execution of the object of the order - administrative area of the Gryfino Forest District.
(6) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (PZP) in respect of each part (Package).
Forestry Posnowo(1) The subject of the contract shall be services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and the transport of materials in the scope of forest development, crop fencing, export of garbage to the dump from forest cleaning, melioration, chemical spraying - to be carried out in the Posnowo forestry area in 2022.
(2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of Annexes No 3.1 to 3.7.
(3) The kind ranges compiled in Annexes 3.1 to 3.3 and 3.5 to 3.7 are estimated.
(4) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.
(5) A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry work is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
(6) The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract.
(4) The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors.
(5) The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP, requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the procurement of the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of Labor Code
(6) The Contracting Authority is entitled to order the Contractor an additional range in kind in relation to the total quantity of all activities priced in each of the items of the tender cost estimate forming part of the Offer (the “Option”). Details of the Options are contained in paragraph II.2.11) of this announcement.
(7) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years of the award of the basic contract. These orders will consist of a repetition of services compatible with the services which are subject to this contract and similar services in the technological aspect of their implementation. The scope in kind of services which are the subject of the contracts in question shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. These contracts will be awarded after a separate contract award procedure is carried out by free hand. The place of execution of the orders referred to will be the administrative area of the Gryfino Forest District.
Grinding of postnumeral residues(1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests covering work on the grinding of post-mortem remains to be carried out in the Gryfino Forest District in the year 2022.
(2) The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work resulting from Annex 3.1 to the SWZ.
(3) The tangible ranges set out in Annex No 3.1 are of an estimate.
(4) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.
(5) A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry work is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
(6) The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract.
(4) The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors.
(5) The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 95 of the PZP, does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons who will carry out the service for shredding the residues.
(6) The Contracting Authority is entitled to order the Contractor an additional range in kind in relation to the total quantity of all activities priced in each of the items of the tender cost estimate forming part of the Offer (the “Option”). Details of the Options are contained in paragraph II.2.11) of this announcement.
(7) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract. These orders shall consist of the repetition of services compatible with the services of this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their execution. The scope of the services in question shall not exceed 50% of the value of this order. These contracts will be awarded after a separate procurement procedure is carried out in a free hand mode. The place of execution of the procurement referred to will be the administrative area of the Gryfino Forest District
