Description:
Open procedure for the technical inspection of the equipment of the operational units of the Civil Protection by an External Service approved for the Technical Controls (SECT) for the FPS Interior

The purpose of this contract is to designate an authorized External Service for Technical Controls (SECT) of the equipment available in each of the operational units of the Civil Protection.

Given that there are 2 operational units of the Civil Protection, this contract comprises 2 lots, namely:

- lot 1: technical controls of the equipment of the operational unit of Crisnée, Rue Vincent Bonnechère 30 – 4367 Crisnée;

- lot 2: technical inspections of the equipment of the operational unit of Brasschaat, Miksebeekstraat 153 -2930 Brasschaat.

In this contract, for each of the lots, it must be possible to carry out 2 types of checks, namely:

 technical inspections of equipment which, legally, must be carried out by an External Service approved for technical inspections. The list of these controls is given in the price inventory, Annex A3 of each lot, columns D (type of material), G (regulatory reference) and H (quantity).

These controls must apply to each of the 2 operational units of the Civil Protection and to all equipment for which column D includes "x" and column H includes quantities.

 technical inspections of equipment which, under the regulations in force, may be carried out under their own management but which the operational units wish to have carried out by a SECT. The list of these controls is given in the price inventory, Annex A3 of each lot, columns G (regulatory reference), H (quantity) and I (type of material).

These controls apply to each of the 2 Emergency Preparedness operational units according to their request and for all materiel for which column I includes "x" and column H includes quantities.

These controls are therefore an integral part of this contract and in this context must be carried out by the SECT which will be designated.
