4.1 The subject of the contract is "Provision of services for the collection of municipal waste and management of this waste from the owners of real estate where residents live, established in the Konopiska Commune".

4.2 The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated

and collected on all properties where residents live, located

within the administrative boundaries of the Konopiska Commune.

Within the scope of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste donated by the owners of the property located in the area of the above municipality where the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for re-entry use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage under the task entrusted.
