The city of Sandersdorf-Brehna is planning to set up a day care center for 160 children in the district of Roitzsch. The age composition is assumed to be approximately 50 childcare places under the age of 3 and about 110 care places over 3 years. The aim is to obtain a flexible operating permit in order to be able to move places at short notice if necessary. This construction project is to be funded by the Structural Strengthening Act. When carrying out the construction project, a concept in terms of innovation and sustainability of the building is of particular concern to the client. A coherent, holistic and self-sufficient energy concept is to be developed by an energy supply company that will commission the city separately. The coordination of the planner with the third-party company is of fundamental importance for the overall project. The preparation of the sound insulation and heat insulation certificate is therefore also the focus of this project.
1. Service phases 1 to 8 according to § 55 HOAI for plant groups 1 to 3 according to § 53 HOAI
The service content should be basic services of the individual service phases in accordance with Annex 15 (to § 55 Paragraph 3, § 56 Paragraph 3) HOAI. A precise description of services can be found in the attached contract template.
Special services: Preparation of the HU-building, interim proofs and proof of end use, coordination of energy suppliers with energy concept
2. Service phases 1 to 7 according to HOAI Appendix 1, 1.2.2 Service profile building physics
Service content should include all basic services of the aforementioned service phases in accordance with HOAI Appendix 1-1.2.2 Service profile of building physics.
Gradual commissioning is planned:
Stage 1: Work phases 1 to 4 (construction of HU-building) according to § 55 HOAI and
Work phases 1 and 4 according to HOAI Appendix 1 point 1.2.2 (building physics)
Stage 2: Work phases 5 to 8 according to § 55 HOAI and work phase 5 to 7 according to HOAI Annex 1 point 1.2.2 (building physics)
