Stadtwerke Solingen GmbH has the right to order another vehicle by option in accordance with these perilable provisions (“Option”). This option can be exercised by Stadtwerke Solingen GmbH until 31 December 2024. The applicant may offer the total price of the vehicle as part of the option different depending on the time of the order. The aforementioned price is valid until the respective time. The rights and obligations of the Client and the Contractor shall also be determined for the option vehicle in accordance with the provisions of these participation documents, its contractual basis and equipment.
