the present consultation concerns the realization of project management services in the context of works operations occurring on the assets of the departments of Yvelines and Hauts-De-Seine, the amount of which the estimated envelope is less than or equal to 4 000 000.00 euro (s) excl. VAT and will result in the conclusion of 5 multi-framework agreements awarded to purchase orders and subsequent contracts without a minimum amount and with maximum thresholds.These framework agreements will give rise to the completion of a complete mission, called “basic mission”, carried out by means of subsequent contracts which will be composed of the elements described in the CCTP and may also lead to the completion of a mission partial described in the CCTP. The contractor can be requested for only one or more of these missions, which will be specified in each order form.
