The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended) covering works in the field of harvesting, skidding, harvesting by-products, forestry in including works on the development of the Żarczyn Forestry School, seed production, forest protection, fire protection, tree cover, maintenance of tourist facilities and forest car parks, maintenance of forest roads, maintenance of water and drainage facilities, and preparation of wood for sunbathing of forestry offices, for execution. The material scope of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 1-22 to the ToR. The awarding entity divided the subject of the order into 22 lots. A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, and a detailed description of the technology for the performance of individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, contains Annex 23 to the ToR.

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests, covering logging and logging in machine technology with the use of multi-operational machines. The total planned quantity of timber to be harvested is 15085m3.
